LEAD at the Centre of Science for Villages (CSV) is dedicated to building the leadership, knowledge, and skills of rural changemakers, youth, women leaders, professionals, and community institutions to drive sustainable and inclusive development.
LEAD designs and delivers structured training programmes, fellowships, immersive exposure visits, and mentoring support that combine technical knowledge with values-based leadership, systems thinking, entrepreneurship, and community engagement.
